President Asif Ali Zardari said that the country is passing through difficult times. Talking to Dunya News while visiting flood-hit areas, the President said, “It is our assessment time and we have to think about it.” He said that the government had increased the price of wheat but didn’t export and Punjab government has too much wheat to cope with problem of food shortage and Sindh too has enough wheat. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan would be provided wheat to fulfill their needs. He said that keeping in view the flood damage, the government didn’t export rice. He said that we have to work jointly for better future of our coming generations.
