Murgh Paneer Pakora recepie

Ingredients: Chicken Mince 250 grams Cottage Cheese 100 grams Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Gram Flour ˝ cup Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp All Spice Powder ˝ tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Finely Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 tbsp Soda ˝ tsp Oil for frying Salt to taste Method Take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of chicken mince 100 grams of cottage cheese 1tbsp of garlic paste ˝ cup gram flour 1tsp of red chili powder 1tsp of turmeric powder ˝ of whole spice powder 1tsp coriander powder 2tbsp chopped coriander 2tbsp of green chilies ˝ of baking soda and add a pinch of salt heat the oil in a deep wok deep fry the pakora’s at last serve it with chutney
