ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC) headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry resumed the hearing of Khurram Rasool fraud case on Wednesday, Geo News reported.

Khurram Rasool is the former media adviser to prime minister and an accused in a Rs630 million fraud case.

During todayís proceedings, the CJ remarked that if the allegations were proved right, then it would be the biggest crisis of the country as the prime minister and his secretaries were named in the case.

The CJ also questioned that how Nargis Sethi got the details of Khurram Rasoolís alleged fraud.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry said that DG FIA was explicitly violating the courtís orders. He ordered to record the statements of the petitioner and Secretary Cabinet Division Nargis Sethi today by 1 pm.
