PESHAWAR: President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Women Wing Fauzia Kasuri on Tuesday asked the women to contribute to bring political change in the country by registering and casting their votes.

Speaking at a meeting of the womenís wing here at the party secretariat, she appreciated the performance of the partyís women in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and instructed it to work for registering women as voters. She said real change could be brought if women were persuaded to go to the polling stations.

Fauzia Kasuri said the PTI would award 20 percent of the party tickets to women workers in the next general election. She said the PTI Chairman Imran Khan would address womenís wing convention in Peshawar in May this year.

She directed the workers to commence door-to-door campaign for conveying the PTIís message to people. Central Vice-President Neelam Toru, Provincial President Begum Nasim Hayat and Secretary General Ayesha Naeem were also present on the occasion.
