Former batsman Mohsin Khan has been appointed as Pakistan's new chief selector.
Fifty-four-year-old Khan will replace Iqbal Qasim. Qasim had resigned after Pakistan's shocking defeat in the Test, one-day series and the only Twnety20 international against Australia last month.
The Pakistan Cricket Board said Azhar Khan, Mohammad Ilyas and Salim Jaffer will continue as selection panel members.
Mohsin Khan had represented Pakistan in 48 Test matches and scored over 2700 runs. He also played 75 one-day internationals.
