After a devastating defeat in Hockey World Cup 2010 in India, all players of Pakistani hockey team announced to resign today. Skipper Zeeshan Ashraf claimed the responsibility of the bad performance.
A meeting of all Pakistani hockey players was called after a disgraceful lost against Canada for eleventh position in which they decided to retire from the game.
Skipper Zeeshan Ashraf told Dunya News that all players are upset after this dismal performance and have decided to retire. Zeeshan Asraf told that he had already tendered his resignation after a loss against South Africa which was not accepted by the management. Skipper accepted that all players are responsible for this appalling performance and now its upon the federation to decide about their future.
