Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that Pakistan Peoples Party believes in politics of reconciliation, terming it necessary for the economic uplift of the country, reports ARY NEWS.

“Only the political stability could bring the economic stability in Pakistan,” the PM said during a briefing in Circuit House by Commissioner Multan here Wednesday on the development projects being underway in the district.

Gilani said that the terrorism was the biggest challenge for country’s social and economical development, claiming that the government has succeeded to curb the menace by its effective and prompt measures.

The briefing was also attended by the Senators, MNAs and MPAs from Multan district, the channel added.
