Sindh Home Minister Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, chairing a high-level meeting here, ordered rangers to take stringent action against those miscreants involved in disruption of capital city peace and order, Geo news reported late Wednesday. The meeting was held in the wee hours, which reviewed the crippled law and order situation in metropolis inflicted by target killing incidents that have claimed lives of 9 people so far. Meanwhile, the home minister also called in police and rangers’ joint meeting on Thursday morning, sources said. The to-be-held joint sitting of leading law enforcement agencies will decide course of action to trample down surging wave of terrorism in Karachi.
