* US envoy says Pakistan has made progress but it doesn’t mean that ‘we’ve reached the end of the road’
* Qaeda network ‘severely degraded’
* No concern on Pak-Iran gasline project
* Qureshi says both countries have tried to learn from the past

Pakistan has made progress in the war against terrorism although it is a tough and long struggle and much more has to be done in a planned manner, US special envoy Richard Holbrooke said on Saturday.

Addressing a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Holbrooke said, “In regard to the war itself, Pakistan has made progress, but it doesn’t mean that we’ve reached the end of the road. This is a tough, long struggle and much more needs to be done.”
