Deaths are feared as an explosive went off in Imambargah in heat of the city, ARY NEWS reports Sunday.

Police said more than 200 people were present in the Imambargah in Block-19 area of the city to offer the Maghrib prayer.

The blast is initially said to be a suicide attack.

According to initial reports, rescue teams were sent to the blast site. Score of ambulances thronged to the site and shifted the injured to nearby hospitals.

Hospital sources said some ten people were received injured at Civil Hospital Sargodha.

Police and security personnel surrounded the Imambargah putting security cordon around it.
